Salam members. I own a 2017 Honda City 1.3 and it is driven around 47k mostly in Islamabad. Since it's reaching the 50k mark, which specific maintenance/service is recommended with respect to its throttle body, catalytic converter and suspension? Also the car's pick has slightly decreased with Ac, any suggestion?

none required. . .unless u see any dire need or issue. . .nothing is required. . .its juz a way of looting customer by honda. . .i hv reached 60k km and still hv not done anything. . .its going awesome giving 19 to 20 kmpl mileage. . .i went to honda classic isb when reached 40k km and they prescribed me PKR 65000 to 85000 maintenance bill which are waste of money so i skipped !!KK
quite right. Visited Honda margalla for oil change at 45k and they also handed over a bill of 40k. I'm generally concerned about car's suggishness in initial gears with AC. Does it have to do something with catalytic converter?

Check fuel filter and catalytic converter. Spark plugs are to be changed at 1 lakh kms.
Throttle body service is the most useless thing ever invented, its not needed at all.Fuel filter/catalytic is not needed, even at 100k as long as good fuel is used. Valve clearance is a critical thing, usually exhaust side becomes tight. but it needs to be done right with the engine dead cold using correct gaps.

Your MTF will need change at 60,000kmYour Brakes need service (OEM pads wear out at about 60k)Throttle clean is not required unless your facing unstable rpm or drops / vibration etc
Speaking of RPM, in your opinion, is rpm of 3000 normal at 100 km/hr at 5th gear alright?
just change oil of your car on time
if you car is on petrol then you dont need anything to check and change
just after every 20 k km just clean its throttle body and plugs
nothing else is need to do with your car
Throttle body should never be cleaned that often, if you use genuine air filter then it will go up to 100k without cleaning, spark plugs are iridium and there is nothing to be cleaned unless you want to damage the tip.

who says city 1.3L manual is underpowered? for such a tyres n body it gives 100 hp. . .way above toyota alsvin saga and ciaz !!
