Honda City 1.3 or 1.5

Hi, I'm currently in the process of purchasing my first car and am considering the City 2019 model.
I have a question regarding the differences between the 1.3 and 1.5/ASPIRE variants, what is the difference between these and which variant give better mileage.

1.5 aspire has following extras

1. Shark fin Antenna
2. Touchscreen infotainment
3. Leather seats

4. I think fog lights were optional extra in both variants

5. 1.5 engine with 20 more horses

Fuel economy and daily driving: in manual transmission 1.3 is better and with automatic 1.5 is better. 1.3 when transmission can't detect a need for a downshift feels underpowered so you have to initiate a kick down by flooring it or drop down a gear or 2 using the shifter.

1.5 manual's gear ratios are short so it does have a sporty drive for city driving and can return good fuel economy but constant motorway driving at 120kph, it revs to near 4k rpm so it consumes more fuel than even automatic variant.

I want to add that

under URBAN and EXTRA URBAN conditions 1.3 Prosmatec would return good economy

under URBAN and HIGHWAY mixed conditions both will do fairly

On HIGHWAY 1.5 would generally perform better

Since for 2019 model both 1.3 and 1.5 have same token tax so why not get the bigger engine.
