I'll give you a comparison from personal experience
Ciaz has best fuel economy in it's class. On Motorway it gives around 20kmpl with normal foot. Its more comfortable than city. Interior feels cheaper than Corolla however on par/better than city. It certainly looks the best out of these three and had the most features like 2 airbags, driver seat height adjustment and it's definitely a lot more stable than Corolla. Resale is a worry. May have some problems regarding cheap parts however all things are available at a suzuki dealership.
Corolla is the most spacious and well made out of the three. More features than city but less than ciaz. Inside it's a lot better looking and feeling than the other two. This is the most suitable for rough roads. The ciaz and City are fine but they're terrible on bumpy road especially the Honda City. Corolla gli/xli however are the most sluggish out of the three even manual transmission. It will still be the most durable. Resale is awesome and parts are cheap and plentiful. Toyota is looking to stop it's production to launch the vios.
City should be in the bottom of your list. It's a 10 year old model now with the least features in it's class (doesn't even have airbags i think). Best to drive on carpeted roads and more stable than Corolla but on rough roads it will crush your spine. Resale is great since it is still the newest model after 10 years but will probably be replaced in the next year or two. It's interior looks the cheapest but feels on par with the ciaz. Corolla is still much better in interior. It will have better fuel economy than corolla but less than ciaz.
I'd recommend getting a gli manual if you're getting a new car or a ciaz if you're getting a used car. Make sure to first test drive the ciaz.
My personal opinion is you should look for a used car since buying a car at the current new car prices is unapologetically moronic. Either get a 2015-16 gli manual or a 2016-17 ciaz manual. Even a 2019 ciaz is going for around the same money as a 2016-17 Corolla gli in good shape.
Mention your price range as well.
