Honda City 1.3PT 2018 Won't Start with No Meter Lights

So I face this issue regularly when I turn on the switch twice, just before ignition - lights of the meter won't turn on but media player starts working. If in this case I try to start the car, engine will keep on reving but car won't start. I have to switch off and on again til the meter lights turn on and then car will start just normal.
This is happening from around one month, at start it was not frequent but now it happens almost every day. Any idea what's the problem?

Had this been battery issue, car wouldn't rev right? I have tried starting car with headlights ON and it just starts fine. I constantly check and makeup battery water so I believe battery is not the cause.

Did u get the little “Taweez” style immobilizer with the keys? If yes turn the key to the 2nd click, move the immobilizer taweez near the key/ignition barrel and everything should light up.

Yes, I have immobilizer. I will try to move it near key switch when it happens again and will update.

Yup its shitty immobilizer takes ages to activate. You have to put the key and turn it to 2nd switch position and then wait until all the meter lights are on then start the car. If you do this quickly before all the meter lights are on it wont start and wont start till you take the key out and do the steps again

This issue is because you hold the black immobiliser bag in your hand when you enter your key in the car. Do not hold the black bag in your hand while entering the key. It will take less than a second then.

The black bag has a chip inside. When you enter your key, it gives signal to the car that you are the right owner, so the car starts. When you hold the black bag in your hand, the car gets no signal from the bag, thus it doesn’t start.

Immobalozer was the culprit. Thanks everyone for help. I wasn't holding it in my hand, actually I got a new keychain and this issue started then but I didn't relate.
