If you're worried using 0W-20/5W-20, even though the car is specced for it, use whatever full synthetic 5W-30 and don't worry about it. All the local brands sell it, no need to buy anything exotic for your application unless spending that extra money gives you a nice feeling.
Your engine doesn't care and doesn't know the logos/branding differences between Caltex, Liquid Molvi, Total, Shell 5W-30 as long as the oil meets the required specifications.
I buy the cheapest full synthetic 5W-30 available at a nearby reputable seller or service station for my economy cars and change at 8K kilometers.
