Brother that average was in October of 2018 when the AC was not in use as much. It is October 2022 and my car meter is still showing 14.7kmpl in Lahore city driving but in reality it is 1 to 1.5 kmpl less. Actual is around 13kmpl. in summer it gives around 10.5 to 11.5 AC on all the time. These days I only switch the AC on 50% of the time.
As for your car get the engine tuning done, throttle body cleaned, use oil 5 w 30 and tire size is not to big. If the maintenance work is done properly than these are the averages you are going to get in city like Lahore
With AC 10.5 to 11.5
Without AC 12.5 to 13.25
Motorway at 120kmph 14.5 to 15
Motorway at 100kmph 16.5 to 17
