How is the CVT of Honda Fit Hybrid? Is it a sluggish one? And how is the air-conditioning of Fit Hybrid?

Honda Fit with eyes closed.
Its not CVT, it has DCT Dual Clutch Sports Transmission. It hits 1-100 in 8 secs. quicker than 1.8 civic and grande.
It has same engine and transmission as Honda Vezel. Its a beast. Take test drive once, you’ll fall in love with it.

its even less than 8 second i got 0-100 in 7.5 sec easily its a hell of beast very fast.

In my opinion honda fit is the best option drive wise as it is more comfortable and economical due it's hybrid technology due to which it gives you a good fuel economy.But if you are looking for a sedan which has a 1300cc or 1500cc engine honda city is also a good option.

How do u rate AC of Honda Fit Hybrid? I heard it is not as good as it should be in a 1.5L car.

The AC is fine

FIT has same engine and smaller cabin

It wokred perfectly fine for me. It has electrionic condenser, which works on hybrid battery as well. Why don’t you take test drive and check ac yourself? You would know it better.

Ultimately after so many confusions I've applied for Honda City. Hybrid Japanese vehicles are no doubt luxurious but at the same time they are less reliable (in Pakistan at least, bcoz of untrained auto mechanics) as compared to non-hybrid and resale of these 3rd hand cars is a problem at the end.
