Honda City 1.5LS Aspire CVT engine oil leakage

I'm looking for a Honda City 1.5L Aspire 2021-23 model. But i saw all PakWheels inspecter cars have engine oil leakage issue. Does it factory fault or something else?

Can expert guide if it's company then I'll think about Yaris ATIV X

its not leakage
but kind of wet stain. oil will not drip on the floor.
pakwheels inspection does not have marker to differentiate oil drip or stain

Is there any way to check it myself

by sliding under the car
or inspecting the car from a lift jack like service station etc

Basically i saw the complain in all PakWheels inspected cars on app. I am going to buy city immediately after EID. But confused about that issue. It'll be dangerous if engine oil leakage haven't any solution or continue fault.

For that reason I'm thinking about Yaris just due to reliable family car

I can assure you of no such issue. My 2022 driven almost 12k, is mostly parked often 15/20 days without being driven.

Oil changes go upto 1 years. Theirs no such issue

Simple is that if I'll buy such issue car just visit workshop and fix it permanently not a big issue right?

Yesterday i called some seller and asked him your car engine oil is leaked in inspection report. He said, "bhai hamain khud aj pta chala " so means that the issue is engine oil skrew not related to engine seals / factory fault. Which should be double check when oil changed then the issue will not appear anymore!

Do your checks then go ahead with the purchase.

Also don't ever spray oil under your car.

I am a DIY person. I have 2022 aspire model and doing oil changes since day 1. I have never seen oil leak in my case.
BTW, I have also never changed drain bolt washer even though it's recommended. But I use a torque wrench to tighten the drain bolt.

I believe we have the disposable type washers in our city, buy a few from your local stealership so you can replace it with every oil change.

Honda themselves aren't interested in changing it but I insist on doing so
