If it suits you, you can find a 2003-2004 Honda Civic which has it's engine beaten by CNG or untimely maintenance. And have its engine and transmission swapped (automatic transmissions don't go bad untill you don't change the ATF every 40,000Kms-- leave out the transmission if it's good). You'll have a peace of mind for the next 200K kms if you maintain the swapped engine well enough (timely oil changes and tuning every 20,000-30,000kms).
