Honda City 2001 EXI-s Automatic for sale

Dear all

As per title im interested in selling my Honda City EXI-s Automatic. Im the third owner and its in family since day one.Registered at Lahore excise and in on my name and with me since 2011.Only petrol driven vehicle and clocked at 98000 km till today.All the maintenance is done timely and with Honda Pit Shop.Recently 1k complete servicing was done which includes complete suspension replacement,shocks with springs,all oils, bearing, fluids ,disk pads.Very lovingly maintained and driven with utmost care inside Islamabad and occasionally on motorways.Each and every single button/function works.Very tidy interior and exterior.Brand new tires and alloy rims were installed 4 months back and hardly had 5000 kms on them.

6.5 me 2004 wali ajati hai khi me..max around 6.25 for a best condition city exis. I am really amazed to see sky prices of used cars in punjab and islamabad. Bht alag scene hai wahan

Here in Islamabad we have much lesser traffic and much better driving conditions, specially the roads. Adding to that, most of the cars of Karachi and Lahore are damaged by motorcycles on a great scale, the damage can be of any level from low to high.
In Karachi and Lahore it is near to impossible to keep the cars scratch less unless you live in the DHA Areas.
Moreover, we have a much better weather than Karachi so the wear and tear due to bad weather is almost non-existent in Islamabad.
Even the cars of Rawalpindi are not clean as compared to Islamabad because of bikes, rickshaws and what not.
Exceptions are always there but what I said above is the truth and I stand by my statement.

Btw, a cleanest car in khi is still 1.5 lacs lower than the same car in isl/lhr. I dont know why. And we were talking about cars of same calibre in khi as in isb or anywhere else. People demanding 750 for a 2004 baleno of isb in 10/10 condition. Here in khi, a 10/10 baleno goes for max max max 475-500k. So its insanely high. Disagree to you in many ways

Take any 2006 Lancer from Karachi and compare it with mine which has been used in Islamabad since day 1. Or take any 2010 Prius import of late 2013 and compare it with mine. These cars are daily driven in Islamabad and still clean Alhamdulillah, and are low mileage vehicles considering their age.
Karachi mein na na kartay gari din ka 50-80 km chal jati hai, the roads are rough and the climate causes early wear and tear of mechanical components. Add to that the immense traffic and crazy two and three wheelers. Yes there are clean cars but very very few in number. One simply cannot keep a daily driven car 10/10 in Karachi no matter how genuine the paint is.

Disagree with your statement. Consider this scenario: I buy a new car, register it Islamabad, drive it in Karachi for 16+ years, resale it again in Islamabad. It will still fetch 70k to 1 lac more than that if it was registered and sold in Karachi.(similar conditioned cars). Sad truth is that depreciation is what is non existent in Pakistan.

I guess you got your answer. You are trying to say that DEPRECIATION is a non-existing thing in ISB. You drive it on a carpet or you drive it on road, a machine depreciates with time. And you can find most pristine conditions cars as well (better than your claimed ones) in Karachi with much lesser price tag.
