Honda City 2002 ExiS RPM issue

Salaams all. I have an auto city 2002. The RPM is not stable. On cold start, it stays at 1.5k then settles at 1k. But once I start driving and stop at a signal, it keeps fluctuating between 0.8-0.2 and has even switched off sometimes. The constant bubbling vibration is annoying. Even when I'm accelerating, it feels like the car is holding back and struggling with RPM. This happens with and without AC. I'm driving on petrol, no CNG installed.

Can anyone share some advice and good mechanic in Islamabad for this?

when was the last time plugs where checked or iddle control valve was cleaned up
while you are at it, get the tappets done as well(when the engine is cold)

Thanks bro. The throttle was blocked. Got it cleaned up. So far so good. Plugs were changed 2 weeks back. Tappets also checked.

Can you advise where I can get the rest door lock system from? Rear left side lock won't pop up and it seems the lock system is damaged.
