Hi friends.
I recently purchased a 2002 City, i am loving the powerful engine and drive. I recently went to a tire shop to find a good set of tires and was told by the alignment guy that my rear shocks need some repair due to permanent negative camber. I thought camber could be aligned for rear wheels on this model city since it has an independent suspension setup. Anyways so i went to a shocks specialist and he said shocks are fine. There are no adjustments available for camber, only caster settings are adjustable. So i asked him how to get the cambers to 0 degree, He said i need to change the spindles as they are twisted. I thought about it a lot but i don;t seem to digest that the spindle can be twisted that easily. I have seen this problem with many 1998- 2002 civics and i always thought its more of an alignment or suspension problem. Anyways i don't know what to do.
Expert opinion is required !!! Thanks!!
