Honda City 2004 Oil Recommendation

I've got a 2004 Honda City 1.3 manual. It's done over 300,000.
What oil do you guys recommend considering its age?

Ahsan: It has never been changed. No major issues. The car is running decently enough. But it has done 355000 km to be exact.

10.40 is better..don't go for 20w-50.

Use the oil that you were using before. At this much mileage don’t hop from one grade to another.
