Honda City 2004 Vario Engine & Gear Issue

Hi, This is my first post just need member's advises ASAP.

I recently bought City 2004 Vario. I had an issue with Gear. Whenever I stop my car at a signal in D mode CAR feels heavy. Same is the case when in R. While AC is on it start giving noises, horrible sometimes.

Now this was an issue I was facing from days, I went to a local mechanic to get it checked and while doing normal testing he found out engine blow-by issue as well. Oil cap giving smoke with oil, same is the case with where we check out levels. However no black smokes from silencers.

I was told by three different mechanics that engine is gone. Need to be replaced and gear is also not in good conditions thats why making noises. Please confirm me is this is the case. City engine is cheap even with gear box. I personally believe in best performance and can replace it if it will not be an headache for another year or two.

to exactly know about your engine condition go for compression test it will give u the actual picture of ur engine not just perception.
if there is not smoke or oil traces out of exhaust pipe then ur car engine is not that bad u can do some oil treatment to revive it i will recommend flush your car engine and put in 20/50 LiquiMoly engine oil with Ceratec LiquiMoly additive and run for 5000 km it will help a little for sure.
and get ur cvt oil changed with honda cvt oil.

did u replace cvt gear oil ?
did u get all foundations checked, gear/engine?
is the car reducing oil substantially ?
