Does it have CNG installed in it ????? If yes then 7,50,000 sahi hai but 7,90,000 is too high especially if the cars is without alloy rims etc.. There is one city in Karachi 2006 model new shape, Black color, 17 inch low profile rims sound system very expensive leathe seats, Vario only for 7,50,000 so the price you're asking is tooo high!

I am given to understand that prices of cars in karachi are generally much lower as compared to prices of cars in the upper Punjab region.

I suppose that 17 inch alloy rims do add to the value of the car but they mess up the suspension of the car, and we all are very much aware of the road conditions in Pakistan. The 14 inch rim with a 70 aspect ratio tyre not only provides a smooth drive but also increases the life of the suspension as compared to the 17 inch rim with low aspect ratio.

My car is without the CNG Kit.

The offer for sale still stands at 790,000/- with a very slight margin of negotiation of say maybe 5-10K max

When the prices of the city fluctuated between 884,000/- and 826,000/- does this have any particular effect on the resale of the city.

Sorry , but u prbly wont get anything near your demand. The City is a good car(own 2 myself) but it doesnt have resale.
The price of the City now is 8lak40k. UG , which is a joke ,around 8lak80k.
If u advertise in the newspaper u'll get a better offer.
Im only tryin to help.
Prices of ALL cars (2nd hand) have gone down considerably in the last couple of years. Even the Xli!!

Dear Doc, I hope you get to read this thanks for the good advice. Will probably go for advertising in the news paper. But looking at your rationale approach. I would appreciate If you could hint at a good offer that I might put up for my car. I am in no hurry to sell my car. All I want is a good practical price for the buyer and the seller both.

Now This is really interesting, Just read a reply to the Hoda City Vario for Sale same model as my car but the offer on that is 810K
Then how come my demand of 790K for a manual seems unreasonable?

@taimur,
there seems 2 b difference of condition/status of both cars. The vario specs seem better than urs plus its driven very less, i.e 6500 km in about 12-13 months while urs has done 23000 in about 18 months (No offence meant). Just a piece of advise try other selling options (like ad in newspaper etc) aswell. Goodluck with the sale.
