I have a 2006 Honda City Automatic. The issue is that whenever the car comes to a complete stop (at a signal or in traffic), the RPM drops to around 500, and the car slightly jerks forward or backward as if it’s trying to move on its own. When I shift to Neutral, the problem disappears.
Last Saturday, I got a full tuning done — throttle body cleaning and tappet adjustment. The issue was resolved temporarily but reappeared the next day.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?
