Honda City 2007 on CNG

Guys,

Can any one confirm me the fuel average of Honda City 2007 Automatic(Vario) on Petrol & that how it would do on CNG?

am not sure abt the average in petrol, but for CNG,it should be around 100 kms in one cylinders,for automatic transmission cars.If it has manual transmission,than the average is more than 110 kms per cylinder

i have a 2004 vario and i'll tell you what i get. this is with AC and only petrol as i don't have CNG.

10 in city; but lately it's starting to give me no more than 9.
11 on motorway at 130k; at 120k it's almost 12

cant say anythng abt vario.my manual does hardly 100km wid full time ac in city.on petrol it does not less than 13wid ac in city nd on highway did 18km/ltr widout ac.

one advice,if u r going ot buy this car dnt go for auto.better get manual.city's auto tranny is not considered very good.sone 1 told me it gave up after 60,000kms on cng.so manual must be better.also saves sum bucks...

this ahmed fellow is very right. my aunt's 2004 Vario does not turn to gas so fast and neither does it work well. manual 2006 of a friend's gives him roughly 140km in Isb and around 170 on Motorway.

i just bought a Honda city Vario 2007 with no CNG (total honda maintained and driven on petrol )... it is giving me 13km / litr on long and around 10km / liter local... i heard it gives around 14-15 km /liter... please suggest weather it is good ???

or i need to do some tune ups , spark plugs, air filters etc ...

Please suggest me how to improve this mileage ?

these are the correct figures. other then this then you car;s consumption is high

All people are mentioning 100km per cylinder and blaw blaw. No body is mentioning capacity of cylinders. My city gives almost 2 Rs per km on cng and around 6 to 7 rupees on Petrol.

To improve that Go for throttler body cleaning, spark plugs, suspension from Honda workshop, wheel alignment and spark plugs cleaning.

If still its not good, clean the pcv valve
