Honda City 2008 problem in starting the car

I have Honda City 2008 iDSI. i have noticed a problem in it while starting it in morning.
Previously when i insert ket in it and just rotate it the car get started. but now i have to keep the key rotated for atleast 5 sec to start the car. but later in the day i dont have to do this , just a push and car get started.
is it due to severe cold or there is some problem in engine??? till last week i haven't faced such problem in my car regardless of how much sever the weather get.

have you ever changed the fuel filter?
if not, fuel filter might be clogging
a clogged fuel filter then kills the fuel pump

been through this already

I never had changed fuel filter. how much does fuel filter costs???
Dont u think this problem might be coz of Spark plugs which are placed in car since last 8 years???

how will u mark me?? I have not changed stock spark plug in my car from last 9+ years & it is still giving me start on 1st self w/o any issue
It is earned by blood-sweatened hard earned money.

Like brownrose78 my father purchased this car from his hard earned money.
You will never believe that till last month my car was starting on just a hint of first sulf.
I regularly change engine oil, oil filter and air filter but never change any other thing in engine. But since now i am facing this problem wt u suggest should i change spark plug first to get rid of that starting problem? How much does spark plug costs and can you please good place in rwp isb where i can do that

I also bought my city sacrificing working in night shifts
So i mantain my car and treated like my own n not stolen.
Changing plugs , any mechanic can do it. Should b 250 for 1 plug.total 8 plugs.

Fuel Filter
Air Filter
Thats it.
If you are using CNG than kit service ansd Throttle body cleaning else not necessary.

i change air filter along with oil filter on every engine oil change. I dont have CNG kit, car is currently running on HOBC only.
one question should i change only fuel filter or have to change fuel pump with it??? how much time does it take?

U dont need to run your car on HOBC wholly fully. It will run fine on regular as well. If you are the first owner than fuel pump and filter be changed at 80000km mileage. If you are not than one should at least change the fuel filter.

Sir i am the first owner and milage is around 79000km.
its the first time i filled my car tank with HOBC as my friend told me that HOBC cleans the engine. u recommend running my car on HOBC for 2 to 3 more tanks for better performance???

I would recommended 70/30 ratio of regular/hobc respectively.
