Honda City 2011 Engine light due to HO2 S2 sensor

I have honda city 2011
I have problem with engine light is on on dashboard when i satart my car from couple of days
Today i took my car to Honda city workshop on Kalma Chowk Lahore
After computer checkup he said
Silencer k upar wala sensor khrab hay S2 sensor
On card he mentioned
HO2 S2 sensor malfunction
I need expert openion about this problem
Should i go gor replacing it or i can br cheked if it. An still work
Honda said it will cost around 11000 ant its not available I have to order it

Please help where should I look for it

Milage is around 140000 km
Should I clean it by myself or go to any machinc as It might get damage
Any specific name it hase when i look for it in bilal gunj
And which brand should i buy ot anything else you want to add

I have get it checked and was just tuning done by my machinicc
Performance is good it gives me almost 16+ on highways
Im not basically from Lahore can you plese guide me any good 2S here?
Today i did asked from person who checked my car that can it be repaired or something else can be done with it?
He dint tell me that we can check by cleaning it
He just said to replace it

I had called Honda johar town and he gave me price around 18000
But on Kalma chowk they said it wouybe around 11000
Dint know where to chrck fot good rates and original sensor
Is they any specific model for each car or there are universal available

Dont go for the kabuli one.You can get new one around 5/6k.Just tell me what's the oem number written on the O2 sensor

Today I checked agin the error code and its
P0138 I believe ists sensor two which is on exhaust
Not the first one on back of engine
Any idea?

Can you take out the sensor from the car and post pictures here
