Honda City 2011 Power Steering oil says Brake fluid dot 3 or dot 4

Honda City 2011.
I opened hood of my car to fill the reservoirs,
But the Steering oil Resorvior cap says Brake Oil dot 3 or dot 4.
Which oil should be put in?

This not power steering oil reservoir, this is clutch fluid reservoir it takes brake oil dot 3 or 4. Honda City came with EPS, it doesn’t have hydraulic power steering.
