Honda city 2012 rear view camera issue

Hello people,
I have resetted my navigation by putting a pin in reset point at SD card slot but still my rear view camera is not working and is showing on screen no device, I have tried to install a new camera also but still it shows the same error, kindly guide what to do.

Can you revert to the old settings?I think you have messed up with advanced settings

Salam Saad,
Navigation and entertainment system is working properly ( no issue detected ) only issue is with the rear view camera. On reverse it shows on screen No Device and white lights on rear view camera aren't opening also.

And check if the wires of new camera are tight.Not lose.

Saad thank you for the reaponse with the solution,
I have checked the link you've attached and solutions mentioned on it, let me revert back to you after trying all the solutions. I do not have experience working with the fuses but i'll try to find the fuse for rear view camera and try to reconnect it.
