Honda City 2012 - Slow Pickup - Low Fuel Average - Engine Sound

Hi Guys,
I have a Honda City 2012 1.3 i-VTEC Prosmatec. I bought this car 2 years back on 66000 km mileage. Currently it is 77000 driven. About 6-7 months before i started experiencing issue in car pickup and fuel average. I mostly drive on AC..After 15-20 minutes of continuous driving, suddenly my car starts to loose pickup power and i have to press accelerator more deeper for pickup( as if someone is resisting for car to accelerate) and fuel average is also between 8.7 - 9.0..and engine sound is more than normal Honda city. One mechanic suggested me about engine overhaul ( said engine ke valves bend hogaye hongay, head khul ke repair hoga). I did an engine compression test from another mechanic and following is the result:
Dry test: 185, 185, 190, 185
Wet test: 205, 205, 210, 210
Other mechanic told me your engine is perfectly fine and suggested me to change oil to Aisin 5w30 fully synthetic. Previously i used Caltex Havoline 10w30.
Please suggest if my engine compression test results are good or not and advice which oil should i go for in order to overcome pickup, average and sound issue?

P.S: All above experience is while AC is on, when AC is off, there is no pickup problem, but average and sound issue is during both cases.

Have you got the catalytic converter of your car checked? Maybe it's choked because of the bad fuel quality mainly and that's why your car is giving you these troubles.

Any honest suggestion is to AVOID this mechanic as this solution should be the last resort if all the other solutions failed. Suggesting this at first is not wise.

Other mechanic told me your engine is perfectly fine and suggested me to change oil to Aisin 5w30 fully synthetic. Previously i used Caltex Havoline 10w30.

There is not much of a grade difference between 5w30 and 10w30 in terms of properties, so I don't think that this could be the reason behind the pickup problem, low fuel average, and sound, however, changing the oil grade to 5w30 on a car with 77000 kms isn't bad and I think that you should do it if the condition of the engine of your car is good. Even using Havoline fully synthetic 5w30 is also good.

The rest is your choice.

Actually both mechanic told me that your catalytic converter is broken and not present ( jaali which is inside oxygen cylinder is broken). One mechanic told me people remove catalytic converters for making car more smooth and light (dont know if its true). While other told me it would cost around 30,000 for a new catalytic converter and secondly it is short in market nowadays. Please suggest what should i do?

This is not a good practice to remove the catalytic converter in any way, I suggest you get it installed if you can and also get the jaali repaired/replaced inside oxygen cylinder if you can and you'll feel significant improvement in your car in my opinion.
I don't think this has anything to do with the engine of your car, so I won't suggest you mess with that.

if cat is removed then there should be no lack of power. so culprit is catcon. compression test is ok.
in my opinion and above replier cat converter should be checked. the symptoms defines chocked cat converter. go to silencer wala remove cat assembly and then check whether cat is present or not. clean it by soaking in petrol and apply pressure air. problem lies there .
never trust mechanic who says cat removed as they sold yur cat and you spend unnecessary money on kabli one.
