Honda City 2013 1.5 Aspire Prosmatec Steering Making grinding sound

Hello,

I was driving the car yesterday when i had to menouver the car in a street and took a u turn and suddenly very little but noticeable grinding sound is coming from steering wheel.

its not coming from engine bay or wheels but coming from steering wheel, when the steering is in the midway around turning it its making veyr little but noticeable grinding sound, i understand its electronic power steering not hydraulic that needs lubricant refill...

any idea what could it be? car is in top notch condition under use of my father.

yes its coming constantly, static/moving car whenever you roll the steering wheel its coming from the joint which is the moving steering wheel and static box which is holding steering wheel comign in between that point.

does this place need to be oiled or something? or the EPS of the car is malfunctioning?

the steering is moving flawlessly thought and kuch atak nahi raha.

probably the metal horn strip
take the middle cap of steering off and re adjust

or take to any electrician
