Honda City 2013 Electrical Issue

I am facing an electrical issue in my City. The problem is that most of the time when I turn off the car the rpm needle gets stuck at 2k and the fuel gauge gets stuck where it was rather than going to 'E'. At the same time the central locking stops working, dome light stops working, trunk lights stops working. At the same time there's no beeping sound that you hear when leave the key in and the door is open or the beep when you leave the parking light or headlights on. Also the headlight and parking lights also stop working unless I turn the key to ignition position.

I got it checked by an electrician, he stated that I need to change the entire fuse box. But I don't agree with him.
Can anyone please guide me?

Might be Fuse wiriing issues , Check with other Electricians.

there is main line coming from fusebox check that. check fueses too .

Thanks to a YouTube video, over 3 years later after showing to different electricians I have traced the issue. The 16th pin of the grip behind the instrument cluster stops giving direct current. I was unable to trace the wire from the source. Anyone has any ide about the source of this wire? It is pink in color.
