Honda city 2013 tuning

I have newly purchased honda city 2013. I went for tuning and during opening of plugs, mechanic broke the one nut bc it was tightly screwed. Mechanic said, its not problem with one broken. He cleaned plugs and screwed other three nuts. My question is that mechanic says right or wrong?

Is it a broken plug like half plug came out and half was stuck inside? Or some other nut

Its Other nut to pull out plug. Plug is ok.

Its ignition coil nuts. During tuning, mechanic broke one nut and said no problem without nut

hes talking about the 10mm bolt that holds the coil in place, part 5.

is half the bolt still inside? The only issue I can see if it over time gets loose then you start missing on that cylinder. I would get it fixed.
