Well tbh if its well maintained then there should be no issue. Maintenance includes things like fluid changes(engine oil + transmission + coolant), spark plugs, timing chain and valve adjustment etc.
If you are sure that the owner has properly maintained his/her car then go for it, however the chances of that are not very high.
180,000 km is a lot, if the car has been misused then shocks will probably have gone bad. You will also have to replace all rubber bushings in the suspension as it's a 10 year old car now.
BTW if you don't mind me asking, which city are you buying the car? Also what is the variant (1.3 or 1.5)?
Other than that, drive the car carefully with windows down, in some quiet area, if anything is seriously wrong(like engine, wheel bearings, steering rack, suspension etc) you'd easily be able to hear it.
