Honda City 2015, fuel filter service

Salam all,
I wanted to ask, where can I find a good mechanic for a fuel filter clean up in Pindi/Islamabad for my City 2015. It's been driven nearly 40k under me and hasn't had a catalytic converter and fuel filter clean up since.

Bhai if car isn't causing any issue u shouldn't mess with fuel filter and catalytic converter.Just avoid bad petrol and don't let the fuel needle drop to Empty completely as it's bad for filter.My uncle has gli 2016 70k+ driven it's fuel filter and catalytic converter hasn't been touched till now and it's causing no issue whatsoever.

It hasn't caused any problem yet but the fuel average I'm getting is not as impressive as it should be. I'm getting around 12 km/l in city even with a light foot drive. Is that normal? I was suggested maybe a fuel filter clean up would bring it around 14km/l.

12 km/l is good average considering the hot weather nowadays.Key to long lasting fuel filter is not letting ur fuel needle drop to empty.

Thats the key to long lasting fuel pump not the fuel filter which is a regular maintenance item.

Fuel filter should not be cleaned but replaced. For your peace of mind, you can change the fuel filter.
It's a pretty straightforward job. Pump is removed and fitted into the new filter and seals are replaced. I did this as a diy job a few months back. You just have to remember how everything goes back

Which grade of engine oil you are using?
Use 5w30 oil along with genuine Air filter that will help with fuel average.
For cat take it to empty highway floor the car and for few minutes on high RPM. Or else you to get it cleaned make sure you goto some one authentic bcoz damaged cat will be very costly to replace. Liqui moly and some other German brands have a liquid that you can use in fuel tank to clean cat.
Also use liqui moly fuel injection/injectors cleaner I observed that helps with average.
Fuel filter replace it and any good enough mechanic can do it, goto @dani_kk

Fuel filter should be replaced around 40-50k km of city 2015 & if you don't do that usually
City blows the fuel pump at 70-80k km in some cars.
Have got such cases, customers were like meri new gari hai fuel pump kese kharab hoga, I'll sue honda. And then we tell them bhai last time kab service center visit kia tha and they said, 4000 km pe lol. So ismein honda ka nai apka khud ka fault hota hai.
