You're absolutely right, I searched a lot but couldn't find proper bushes anywhere. The funny thing is that only the right-side bush has been replaced, while both the right and left sides are the same—smooth and just like before.
Basically, I just wanted to get the Z-link changed, but the mechanic himself checked the steering play. If I had known this issue would arise, I would never have replaced the bush. Now, the car feels very strange—on the left side, the steering is smooth and light, but on the right side, it's hard. It's a weird situation. I had it checked by 1-2 other mechanics, and they said they would open it and fix it, but you know how people these days are just looking to make money.
I called the mechanic today, and he said it would become smooth in a week or so, meaning I'll get used to it. My friend’s car, on the other hand, has driven 5000 km, and the steering is still hard. I really wish I could find proper steering bushes somewhere.
Now the mechanic is suggesting that they can make it slightly loose or adjust it. I need your suggestion because I’m very confused about what to do.
