Honda City 2016 DigiPanel and AC not working

Assalamualaikum!
My Honda City 2016 DigiPanel along with the surrounding features is not working. The screen is not turning on and none of the buttons on both sides are working. I've tried the reset button with the car both on/off. I've also tried the press and hold power button, which is also the volume button at the top right of the panel with the car both on/off..not working. The entire panel seems to be disconnected from any power source. Also, I've seen many videos related to the similar panel and I've deduced that this panel is supposed to be touch screen but for as along as I've owned this car (since 2016), I've not been able to use the touch screen as it is non responsive. Could anyone enlighten me on these subjects of concern? Would appreciate it

Also Please note that the AC button is on the bottom left of the screen, which is also not working.
