Aoa, I am facing a weird issue in my Honda city 2016 manual 1.5. I hear a hissing noise whenever I press the gas paddle. And I am approaching speed of 60km the noise increases. And suddenly removes noise completely after 60.
What I did so far. I have replaced MTF gear oil from honda my car is driven 130k. I have consulted with mechanic to see where this noise is coming by lifting yhe front wheels on jacks and putting the car into drive mode. We came to conclusion its coming from transmission. I consulted transmission/gear expert l. He said its known in honda city and gear "garari's" need to be checked/replaced or new transmission should be put to resolve. Estimated cost around 70 80k. Need expert opinion from you guys. Thanks
