Honda City 2016- Spark Plugs and Fuel Filter replacement

Dear Forum Members,
Need your guidance for subject matter.
I have Honda City 2016 Manual, It fuel average was dropped a few months back. I have done its tuning and Spark plugs replacement by a local mechanic in lahore as it crossed mileage of 100,000 km. But still average is not good. Please advise
1. Mechanic replaced plugs with local one of NGK cost 1200 for four. Moreover Its fuel filter is not replaced. Please advise should I go for original plugs and fuel filter replacement?
2. From where I can get OriginalNGK plugs and Fuel filters in Lahore apart from Dealers?
Its average is 13-14 km. 80-90 km driven within City and 350 km on long route in each week.

1200 for 4 plugs? There you go. You should not have gone for local plugs. When did you get your Catalytic converter cleaned last time?

This fuel average is good enough for city. Should've either replaced the plugs with the recommended iridium ones or continued with the old iridiums as they are still usable beyond 100k kms and definitely better than the copper plugs for the city engine. For original fuel filter and plugs you can contact parts central on facebook or whatsapp.

You must get it checked and get it done ASAP. I can assure you that 90 percent of your problem lies there

Sure I will thank you. What about plugs? Should I change those as well? And fuel filter?

Plugs.... Should never be compromised upon... Go for genuine OEM plugs, else you will have issue of unsure throttle response, bad idling and poor pickup

Fuel filter is normally changed, but some good mechanics clean it as well....I say get it cleaned...I got mine done twice before I changed it
