Honda city 2017 builtin navigation (cant watch video)

I got recently new Honda city 2017 model with builtin navigation. video watching is pre locked, when insert DVD to watch video message appeared on screen that watching video during driving is not safe. My question is that how to remove this restriction?

you can disable this message in option but i think its very unsafe to drive while watching a video

Goto car settings -> common and disable the handbrake option

you can only watch videos when u r in the parking gear for AT( prosmatic ) however u can use 3rd party application like VLC or MX player if u have videos in your memory card
