Honda City 2018 screen rubber coming off

This thin strip of rubber is coming off. Normally this issue is seen in 10 years old vehicles not sure why it is happening to a new car. Any idea how to fix it or what adhesive to use??

Visit the dealership, they will definitely sort this out.

Put 2 drops of elfy and paste it back. This is the third class quality that we are getting with localization. I hope the rear antenna has not bend yet.

Perishable or those consumed in normal wear and tear rubber parts may not be under warranty but this seems like a manufacturing fault and should definitely be covered under warranty. The dealership should do something about it. Do not attempt any repairs yourself but let the dealership evaluate and rectify this fault.

Bro I think elfy sey mazeed nuksaan ho ga! One never knows what happens; when one applies elfy on rubber and try to get it affixed with glass / rubber / plastic / body or paint. May be wo body ya paint ko damage kar dey ya plastic k uper stick hi na karay.

I have learnt that elfy k uper elfy nai lagti. Agar sai tarha na jami then jorna zyada mushkil ho jye ga.

As most of the fellows have rightly said, it must be taken to dealership and they should fix it instead of one trying to fix it on his own and going for some jogauru program.

Agreed! But as @mehran has rightly said, this seems to be some manufacturing fault and must be covered under warranty.

I still remember when I bought FAW V2 last year, both of its wiper blades were extremely hard and the rubber starting making scratches on wind glass. I took it to dealership, first they did not accept the fault on part of Al-Haj FAW and said that it is not covered in warranty, they will be replaced and the cost will be borne by me.

But when I pressed them hard, they agreed and replaced wiper blades at no cost to me.
I was like, k iss mein mera kya qasuur hai agar ye blades factory hi sey aesay aye hain?

Yes you have to press for these things. I bought Mehran back in 2013. On first service when he opened the radiator cap, its rubber was damaged. They told me that I have to bear the cost. I made lot of noise that I haven't installed this cap myself, it came with the car. Either change it or let it be like this, when my car will heat up and eventually my gaskit will be gone then I'll drag you to consumer court. Lol. They changed it.

Customer service is pathetic at Honda. Things covered in warranty are their lowest priority. I remember telling them that door rubber has come off . They told me that it will take 4/5 hours as they will summon Denter from market.

I went to Honda yesterday. They made an excuse that since warrant officer is absent and I must come some other day.
Then I told them some thing and they magically did all the work
PS: They are more interested in doing work involving charges.
