Brother 7th generation Honda City hasn't even been launched internationally, so by no way, it's hitting our roads any time soon. I once inquired about it last year from Honda Showroom in I-9/I-10, Islamabad, and they said that next generation (6th??? Or 7th??? Not confirmed) will come somewhere in 2021-2022, and still he wasn't sure that next generation will either come here or not? Considering our economic situation.
So you can either wait for some years for next generation Honda City, and since wait for years is highly unlikely and not possible; the best thing would be to buy it right now! Drive carefully and keep it well maintained, and when next generation Honda City hits our roads, you can always sell it at excellent price (may be even higher than invoice price, considering appreciation of USD Vs PKR), and go for new generation.
Regarding color, well... It's personal choice. Still I would recommend to go for white; it's most easy to maintain.
