1.check O2 sensor because
oxygen sensor can trick your car into thinking it needs more fuel than it actually does.
2.take care of engine maintenance.
as i read above your earlier posts u were using 10W 40 oil it is thick oil and thicker oil makes your engine work harder so it might be causing problem. Now u are using correct oil 5W 30

Lol, what makes you think that it doesn't improve mileage?
The fuel sold at most stations is not 92 ron, the car needs 92 ron, so mixing high octane helps achieve and hence results in proper timing, which leads to better efficiency which in turn leads to better consumption, makes a minimum of 2km/l difference easily

Assuming the said gas station is following allgovt regulations:
If the car manufacturer has reccomended 92 RON, than your car only needs 92 RON. If you don't know what a RON rating is - It's a rating giving to petrol on it's anti knock or misfire chances. NOTHING MORE.

If your pump doesn't sell 92 RON, than kindly switch pumps. I switched from PSO to Total Parco and have seen a 1 km/l difference in my Corolla and 3-4 km/l difference in my Mehran

And this goes to show all there is to know, now notice how your mileage changed upon changing pumps, now switch to high octane and feel the difference. you can assume all you want, but most pumps don't sell RON92, hence high octane mixed with regular fuel helps attain that,which results in better burning, hence better consumption, i don't understand why you don't get the technicalities of this

Also check fuel injectors. Might be your air fuel ratio is disturbed because of injectors may be they are injecting more fuel.

Catalytic converters
High octane fuel

Before any of these, check your car while accelerating hard, do this a few times in a row. Then drive someone else's city, and check if you feel any difference in acceleration

What is the purpose of accelerating hard as I did it lot of while i was on road trip last month, is it just for comparison in acceleration or what?

Mine is 2014 city aspire while friends who owns have new city aspire, don't you think it is injustice to compare like this.

Yes, its just, and yes, the purpose is comparison, if yours lacks in acceleration, then there is a problem with any of the above three things, if not, then it could be just the O2 sensor

The PSo pump i went to was very likely selling RON 92 mixed with something else ( 2 numbri). I get normal fuel from Total parco pump near LDA Lahore.

Your telling me to mix fuels, right? In my 2017 gli, from Lahore to ISB (full tank of Total normal fuel), i got 15 kml without AC. From ISB, i had Normal fuel and high octane mixed in 1:2 ratio from some Attock pump. Fuel average was the same. I mixed only to try that Pakistani theory, and this was when Petrol was around 65 rs per litre

Were the traffic conditions the same on both trips? was your driving style the same on both trips? lots of external factors apply.
I have used countless cars, know lots of people using other countless cars, all make a difference of at least 2km/l between normal fuel and high octane, the reason is given multiple times before, now if you cannot comprehend it or the fuel you got from the attock pump was already 92 and you added 97 to it, i don't know, but why don't you try this again these days, and see the result

I used original honda air filter.
Once I cleaned with air pressure.
I drove 4000 km after that.

I would suggest that you should try comparing the actual fuel consumption with the one shown on meter. if the error is greater than 7-10 percent then there could be a problem with fuel system, ignition system etc. otherwise its the way you drive and the driving conditions you encounter.
