City comes stock with 175s ( I think ) so 185s are fine and within the acceptable 3% rule(please google if you want to know more about it). 195s are a bit too wide. They may provide extra grip and a bit of ground clearance but that will come at the cost of fuel average.
Alternately using 175s will improve the fuel efficiency somewhat but that will be at the cost of road grip and handling.
So my suggestion is to stick to 185s. I am sure you will find yokos in this size range (not necessarily advn dbs but they have other models which are equally good). Yokos offer the softest rubber in the market and are grippy.
