Well i got City Aspire 2018 about 6 months back. I have not used the fog lights much, but recently i noticed when i switch on the fog lights, the beam goes straight to the oncoming driver's eyes. The beam of fog lights should spread outwards, but not upwards, but mine one is spreading both outwards and upwards, as in flood beam in the picture below;
I checked it by switching on the fog lights infront of 2 story house, and i could see the lights going upto 2nd floor, lightening the whole house..... lols....
They are factory fitted lights come with the Aspire variant but i am shocked to see what is the use of them in fog if they will blind other drivers, and reflect back to my eyes from the fog particles.
Now my humble question is, if this fog lights' beam is normal in Honda, or is it only me who got the faulty ones. Are they even adjustable to put their light only on road and sideways, not upwards?
Will anybody with 2018 City Aspire check it please? .... thanks....
I am definitely not happy that i got flood lights instead of fog lights.....
Edit: Here are the pics in reality...
