bro looks like battery issue, get ur car battery checked and also make sure that terminals are intact, better get them cleaned with warm soapy water and properly tightened on the clean battery terminals.
Also check the ground connection with body.
Flikering cluster is showing that current supply is not proper, clicking sound seems like main relay turning on/off due to low voltage.
