Honda City Care for exterior and interior

Hello everyone,

I just bought a Honda City Carnelian Red Color. Before this, I drove a Mehran and hence don't know much about taking care of this beautiful car.

I need your advice on
1. What do I need to clean my car, with what should I wash and clean it. I need its color to always be as vibrant as it is today.
2. What do I need to clean the interior with. How to clean it, dust it etc.

I am looking for product names, if you are using any for car care. I don't know much about cars and its accessories so please state your replies easy and understandable for a layman.

Use fresh water for exterior and damp towel for interior...

Bhai avoid water as much as you can. What you should do is wipe the car off with a Damp Microfibre cloth. Buy a good wax something like Collonite 845 protective wax
They can cost you more but after application life expectancy is real good for almost 4 to 6 month. Still when ever dirty just you a microfiber cloth. other waxes are Meguire, Turtle, etc. For the interior you can use meguire products they are really good a bit expensive but good. Meguire's all purpose cleaners and interior detailer would be rather sufficient.

Do this at least once in a month.

For exterior
Use
Microfiber clothes
Meguiars gold class wash n wax shampoo
Pressure washer (pioneer, karcher k2)
Collinite 845 wax
3m or meguiars clay bar (to be used for removing paint contamination after 5 to 6 months)

For now:
Wash the car with meguiars gold class shampoo, using normal water pipe or pressure washer, whatever you find convenient
Clay it (optional, watch videos on YouTube about claying)
Apply collinite 845 wax

For interior
Use damp microfiber cloth to clean dashboard etc
Apply carpro perl which is interior polish + protectant

I also knew nothing about car care when i bought my new car in 2018 but pakwheelers here taught and guided me aloot.

You can get meguiars gold class shampoo , collinite 845 on pakwheels shop or autohub.pk. carpro perl from luxe auto spa. And claying bar of meguairs from autohub or luxe auto spa. If you want 3m clay bar which is budget friendly, order it from sehgal motors.pk

One more thing.NEVER TO DRY DUSTING ON THIS COLOR as swirls and scratches are more visible in this color

So if I don't dust it first, which I thought I should with a microfiber, should I directly apply a damp microfiber?

Use a waterless wash or damp cloth. Why not just wash it
