Honda City Dasboard Faded

yaa it takes 3 to 4 years to fade or a kid like mine to strike few kicks with shoes on. . .v low quality plastic used. . .dashboard carpet withh double tape fix it tight so dun look that bad

Exactly mine has also started peeling off from the right corner..If parked under the sun, I can see from the left corner it is also peeling off..
I have checked with a person who deals in wrapping, painting and detailing services. He has quoted me Rs.15000 for the job. Upon investigating, he said that he will not remove the dashboard and will paint it as it is which seems not a good option to me.
Honda should improve its quality. Im really really glad to see different competitor entering into the Pakistan market to break the big 3 monopoly.

Can we highlight this dashboard fading problem to higher ups??? I mean Honda guys will surely come up with the argument that you must have used some low quality product else it is not possible but the victims are in much bigger number.
I came across a video on Youtube in which the guys got his dashboard repainted after quite an argument with 3S dealership and the dashboard was ripped apart and was painted again.

Actually this issues bothers me too much. Whenever I sit in the car for a ride, as soon as I see the faded areas, all my joys and pleasure goes into the bin. Instead of enjoying I get sad.

same issue with 16 model, can anyone share picture of dash board mat, does it fix properly?

I have left it as it is. A proper paint job is the only solution.
