I am Ali from Islamabad.

Yesterday, My Honda City got hit by Suzuki Baleno, Please guide me through repairing. Below are my concerns:

Should I go for Dry Denting or paint job?
Is Honda Avenue a good option for repairing?
Will this be completely restored or could be identified easily?

Although can't tell much just by looking at the picture, I think that dry denting will suffice but from an expert denter.

Is Honda Avenue a good option for repairing?

An honest suggestion, NEVER go to the dealership (stealership) for such kind of work as they will just rip you off and most of the dealerships don't even have a professional staff. It is advisable to consult some professional workshops for this kind of work.
