Honda city engine oil reduction

AoA, dear friends
I have Honda City 2008 model manual transmission. 240k km running. Engine oil used by first owner was Kixx 20/50. I used the same but it reduced to more than half after 1600km. Mechanic changed with havoline but the same problem. Then zic is tried but problem still there. Please advise me which oil should I use. Will Toyota Petron 20,50 will work to handle the problem.

This may be a bad pcv valve or an engine with weak piston and piston rings.
Get a compression test done.

Brother the issue is not with the brand or even grade of oil you are using. As another member mentioned, PCV valve is bad. This is one indicator of a weaker engine pistons/rings.

get rear coil out if oil on them replace tappet cover seal. honda city idsi are famous for this
