Assalam o Alaisum everyone...it is a serious issue i need to discuss.i own city 2008 idsi model whose engine is making many issue..i bought it in use and i already have invested a lot of money on it..it has rod bearing noise...the water is loosing level in radiator..i made it checked by three machanics...also made repairs where needed..each and every thing done..but no one did come up with proper solution..one mechanic said its engine has become weak which will irritate you more in summer when ac starts. So i decided to change the engine..i am confused about the quality of work and price calculation...the estimate according to me is near forty thousands after discussions with different mechanics.. you know they show professionnal attitude and offer more money in their pocket..one said it will cost near 35k..with complete engine part including sulf,generator,compressor,throttle,manifold etc..plz suggest what should i do..i am confused and need prompt replacement...as its the only car i own and its a family car...thankyou..
