Keeping the Airbags aside, price difference between 1.3 GLi and 1.3 City now after Indus has increased prices is more than 3 Lakhs. And this amount matters a lot to people spending on this category

The immobilizer chip is usually in the plastic housing of the key and not in a separate pouch/key chain.
Has any one tried staring the vehicle with the pouch not attached with the key?

its in a separate key chain and without it ignition lights won't come on. Immobilizer is written on key chain.

I was informed just recently by a honda dealership rep that new model (shape ) 6th gen honda city would launch sometime in 2019. Whereas a close friend whose uncle works at atlas honda has hinted that new honda city model will arrive in sep/oct this year. I also believe that in order to compete with indus they might launch it this year.

Isn't there alot weight for 1.3 Corolla if we compare it to City 1.3?i know airbags make a difference but what about the car performance?

there is always a power to weight ratio P/W 1.3 can not have more than 1210 kg on it.This is the failure of Corolla having 1275 kg weight.In this scenario city is perfect with weight of 1155 kg.

i got the delivery date of 31 oct almost November with current facelift ,how can you say 6th generation is coming this year, simply unbelievable.

I am not sure whether it will launch this year but the news coming from some one who actually works in the company has to have some weight behind it. Being a honda fan i wish it could come earlier. Getting tired of the same shape with the negligible small upgrades here and there.

Try avoiding such colours. Aftersales ni hoti hain. Plus they don't look classy rather childish. (in my opinion)

Recieved today ....
I booked ivtec prosmetic black in 6 january from honda city sales ...
Tentative date was given 29 april....
On 29 April i was told that that they are delivering to those who have tentative date of march.... after two weeks still no signs ....
so i decided to use my references in honda .... and trust me guys ... the day i used that reference the very next day i got msg from honda and recieved a call from honda atlas and my dealer ......they asked me to pick any other color except black and blue ... so that they can deliver me next day ... ofcourse it was a strong refernce and the person i asked in honda also told me that i was goona get delayed for next two more months !!!!

Sigh!!! Anyways i got my delivery today after a strong refernce used otherwise my car was delayed for another two months ...
This is really sad to know that shareef aur imaandaar bnday ko pakistan main mur jana chahye ...
And to all those who still are waiting ... go and fuck them so that you might get your car delivered on time ...

Now I am convinced that it varies from dealership to dealership. My friend book 1.3L Prosmatec on 9th Jan and his delivery date was 31 May but he got his car in mid of April without using any reference.

Share your fuel consumption from time to time and please get your wheels aligned and balanced on your first inspection and tell them to check these things.insist even if they say its okay and donot pay a dime.
