Didn't touch fuel filter and tappet adjustment. What does tappet adjustment do?

Reading is 104k.

I am assuming 104k is original reading
if fuel filter and valve train mechanism is adjusted on 80k km then required on 120k km

sorry for bad quality i take a screen shot from my video it after mix driving of islamabad and motorway and heavy local traffic
17.6km/l and 1400km on trip meter..moreover it is when oil due date crosses almost 1000km and air fiter is dirty as hell..and engine need to be tuned.. i done it know tomorrow i will chk for milage whats the difference after tuning car give bad milage usually about 200km to 300km if it is not get back to normal you have to recallibrate the ecu from honda.
more i had pour injector cleaner and fuel system cleaner in petrol and put ceretec protection in engine now.
flush the engine and coolant with liquimoly flusher and used 10w30 honda geniue oil and Aisin coolant(green) manufactured by toyota janpanese and honda mt transmission oil

I have an aspire which comes with immobilizer key but doors do not lock automatically when car starts to roll like in civic. How can I get it done?
One option is door lock OBD which are available on aliexpress but I already have OBD connected serving differnet purpose.
can ECU be programmmed to perform this function on its own? Or a chip may be inserted to perform the task?

Use this OBD2 splitter cable with that Door Lock OBD device.

Used honda genuine oil for 20k km then switched to LM. There is a hell lot of diff bw both oils the engine sound and response drastically improved. LM is expensive and my running is less so finally switched to havoline SN at 25k km. that is also a great oil for its price.

what grade oil are you using? I am using Total 0W20 as specified by Honda and I am totally satisfied with it.

Today i visited the Mobil 1 autospa Faisalabad regarding info about oil change. They offered me mobil 1 0w20 for 8000 which would be good for 15,000km and 5w30 for 4000 which is good for 7500km. He said he is using the 5w30 in his own city for 7500km with after market air filter costing 750 and oil filter costing 450.
I am looking for alternatives to honda 3s as cost of getting 0w20 with filters every 5000km is skyrocketing.
What do you guys suggest?

Mobil1 5w-30 in 4000..... Bhai wo mobil super tha. Mobil1 5w-30 is around 7600 for 4L

Havoline 5W-40 fully synthetic. Used honda oil for 20,000 km one fine day came to know it was synthetic mineral one (Green bottle) switched to LM then to havoline

why dint u buy Total 0W20 from outside as this is the same oil which Honda is using. Thai oil filter is available for around 400rs

I just plugged Bluetooth device from my Honda city 2010 dvd and connect from my iphone and suddenly appear EPS error in my dashboard screed and steering wheel is freeze ...... can someone suggest me regarding this error !!!! Plz
