logically advancer is storage of two timimg sequence, one for petrol and second for CNG, now you remove it wiring grips from injectors and give it as input to the advancer and you connect output of advancer to the fuel injectors, now advancer just switches between two timimg sequences, for petrol it uses regular timing and for cng its output will be advanced timing. just that good enough for understanding.
for the workshop many will kill me on my recommendation but on several ocassions i found Kandan CNG Faizabad workshop to be good, i forgot the name of ustaad there but he is very sound one, doesn't qualify to be ustaad from his age but he is, he is below average height person, infact both men there are good.
