dude i personally think after 2 years the current model of city might beat xlis resale value i mean look at the price diff its over 1 lak difference and the every day price raise on cars we might sell are cars after 2 or 3 years for how much we bought it for lets hope that happens...
@nausherwell,then its better to drive it on petrol.u wud enjoy it alot more.nd wud also hav lots nd lots of boot space.abt the economy thingy,bro ur frnd put in the wrong tyre size,he might b thinking that steermatic has(almost) this size so it wont effect the ride or suspension but what ppl dnt think is economy.195,1st of all is a bit larger,then its the 15" rim.the rim wud weigh alot more then the stock rim.plus his driving habbit of 3.5k rpm.all those factors combined takes his milage to 11km/ltrwud he had put in 14" wid 185/66 profile,things wud hav been much better.nd thats exactly what i wud suggest u...nd dnt delay the tyre changings,cuz the generals wud decrease price if u drive it abit.
@fsobro i told ya....all about that interior build quality.but cant say y do u feel like sitting in a small car.the reason might b what retrograde said.i never felt that(might b cuz i had a khyber before).one of my close frnd has an xli nd i drive it quiet often,but to b honest,apart frm its acceleration i dnt like a singe bit of that car.u need to hav sumthing better physically or technically like boot space or comfort rather then virtual things like resale corolla ty carolla hy factor...!!!but thanx ur agreeing to the value for money factor...thats the most important thing.u told us ur self wat the rolla officials said ,then wat can we expect frm those ppl?

@nausher:Swat do u mean by max milage?well,u can use them as long as u like but if u want to sell them for almost the same price as they wud hav given when new,sale them NOW.i did about 400kms on the tyres nd the dealer was not easily willing to give me the price of new tyres but then after a little while,he agreed nd took those tyres for 8k.then asked for 2k more nd gave us (idiotic)federal tyres.later i thought then he cheated us,he told us that those federals were 10k for 4 tyres.i dnt think so any general can cost 8k?
guys i havnt driven my car for 2 weeks not even started it or cleaned and it stood in the rain and accedently brought all 3 keys with me to the states hope nothing happens to it cant wait to go back to pak to drive it wonder what condition is it in.....
