Its no doubt that imported oils are better than locally packed. But point of debate is that either we stick with original HONDA oil and keep out warranty intact. Or we spend couple of thousand extra and void our warranty. Brother its Pakistan where brand new cars have serious engine problems. I witness a new BRV at dealership with engine opened. In my personal opinion using HONDA oil at 5k intervals is best to do. If someone wants to be more careful, he can change oil and air filter at 5k also.

100% correct. There is no cure to this "imported disease". Oils packed or blended in Pakistan are as good as any other imported brand. Warranty must be kept intact !

Another thing which I forgot to mention. HONDA and TOYOTA are big companies. They are supposed to be very careful regarding standards of their branded products, They will not destroy their repute just for a pack of oil. On the other hand these small shopkeepers which are lying 24/7 with costumers should not be trusted. Who knows where they pack these imported oils

Today I went to honda dealership from where I received my car. They checked the car and established that steering assembly is faulty which will be replaced in warranty. However it may take some weeks before they get a new assembly.

Jee dealerships have that oil. I think grade is not mentioned on it. What's the car mileage?
If the transmission is API GL4 spex then 75w85. I think that would be ours
