Really? Most 2015 City are available for 16-16.5 max. Those are 50k driven atleast though

Low mileage ... these cars run easily upto 150000km and beyond with minimum maintenance so 20000km is nothing actually !
I am myself running one city 1.3 auto of 2015, it has run 35000km uptill now with no real maintenance !

Auto 1.3 is a fuel guzzler. Better get an auto 1.5 or manual 1.3

On an auto 1.5 you can easily hit 12-13kmpl with ac in city.
Whereas on an auto 1.3 you'll never get average above 9 with ac in city. (A friend has bought 1.3 Auto 2019 and he's really disappointed)

Well auto is a fuel guzzler and you have to have a really plush foot for decent mileage.
My Auto 1.3 gives 9-10 with AC when my wife drives it and i get 11-12 with intermittent AC when i drive it. Difference is cz of AC and i drive with very soft foot, so in normal drive with AC i believe 9-11 is the mark. I am in Khi.
Auto 1.5 or manual 1.3 give similar average and if u need good mileage go for manual 1.5 as its mileage is good regardless of AC.

I bought 1.3 Prosmetic in Feb 2019 , May daily drive to our farm (120-130km) includes at-least 110 Km highway drive & ~20Km city drive. Its meter meter showing 14.2KM avg. collectively after i hav driven it around 15K Km.... We have Altis 1.6 AT also which shows ~11Km on same routes. Before City, I owned WagonR Stingray EcoIdle for 2 years which used to show 18~19.5Km on same route..
So from my brief experience, i think Honda City 1.3AT is a bit fuel efficient car but its power is faaaar less than GLI or Altis....

Well City 1.3 AT is a good car but the fuel avg that Honda advertised of upto 17kmpl wasnt realistic atleast for the auto variants.
I have also driven it on long routes for a couple of weeks (350-400km drive daily for 1-2mths) and i found the average upto to be 15-16kmpl with AC ans speeds of 100-110 so thats a decent mileage on highway but yes in khi drive it doesnt go above 12kmpl max without AC and softest of feet !!!

Aoa. I have notuced many times that my 2016 city manual consumes more when i fill it with altron x.i normally use PSO. In a tank full with AC it does around 375 to 400 kms with regular and 325, 330 with altron.Has anyone else faced the same?

Well contrary to what ppl think, if your car engine us for regular petrol then you should use that because its proven that if you put higher ron fuel in it then it will consume more gas !
I havent noticed that because i use regular fuel in all my rides !

Culprit is not the engine but the lousy transmission. All auto tranny will give poor fuel averages whether its mounted to 1.3 or 1.5.
I hv 1.5 Aspire PT n it gives me 10-10.5 on odo n 9.5 upon manual calculation.

Would you guys recommend paying 17.5 lakh for a low mileage 20,000km approx 2015 City (Manual 1.3)

That is a very good price for a low mileage car, given that the interior and exterior is in pristine condition also.

I purchased mine in march before the crazy price hikes for 15.30 2015 Manual 1.3 in 9/10 condition, so far only spent some money on detailing and that seemed to bring it back to 9.8/10 just needs some new tyres now.
