case one: your car is on petrol and you turn on AC, RPM increases
case two: your car is on CNG and you turn on AC, RPM does not enhances

and my electrician says it will only increase on petrol and not on CNG, whats your say about this one, whats your experience.

RPM increases a little bit under both cases. In my car it increases by a little but more on petrol than on CNG when ever i turn on AC.

bro cant say what would be ideal but i can share milage of my D13B, 2000 model Exi, for city it is driven between islamabad and pindi as daily runner and gives 135-140 with light AC, on M2 it gives me just around 200 Km.

Whats your cylinder size? my car gets full in about 7.5 Kgs of gas and does somewhere around 100 KM in city with full AC. Did'nt get a chance to test it on highway yet. People tell me that my mileage is low but i love the quick response that my car provides me so don't wanna touch the settings.

Thats awesome milage. My car is giving me around 85 on a full tank of gas inside city. Had it recently tuned before that it was giving me 60.

Guys, need tips on my cars pick up.

I have city 2000 with stock engine. Facing pick up issue at the moment.

I m planning to change plugs, filters, throtle body service, tuning etc. Pls let me know wat else I can do to enhance pik up.

Apart from pick, car is getting light jerks when speed of car is reduced. Any idea wat could be the possible issue.

guys i have a 2005 city vario( automatic ) on petrol. my car has done only 44000 KMS.

meri car mushkil say 150-180 KM chalti hai HALF TANK mein.

almost rs 1200 mein half tank hoti hai fill

what seems to be the problem???

Friends when a car which is fine on CNG and hesitates or miss on petrol. Show lack of power or becomes jerky and uneconomical, it either has a leaning fuel pump which is not providing desired fuel pressure or has clogged fuel injectors. A slack fuel pump can not be repaired therefore replacement is the only solution but the performance of fuel injectors can be restored completely.

Our mechanics and even the users know only one method for cleaning fuel injectors that is pouring fuel additive to the tank. Additives only make partial cleaning and have hazards associated with them. When poured in the tank, they come in contact with many such parts of the fuel system and engine which they are not friendly with.

In the advanced countries injector clogging problem is dealt with ultrasonic cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning has capability to clean stubborn debris from microscopic grooves, cracks and holes. Since the fuel injector has tiny nozzle which is designed to atomize the fuel, it is almost impossible to clear it properly with any other mean. Only 8% to 10 % clogging in the nozzle can cause an injector to malfunction. Ultrasonic cleaning is internationally accepted most effective process for cleaning fuel injectors. It is cheap and comprehensive solution for the problem.

my machine has a 55kg cylinder, and if you are getting 100 with AC i think its not bad at all and city milage is something one can't really claim on something as we here in islamabad claims to be driving on kashmir highway or 7th Avenue as city driving and a guy from lahore would call it highway driving and we will say driving on multan road lahore as :-#

Yeh u r right city driving in karachi is totally different. It is far more hectic than any of the other city....

I think that grip is for fog lights.u'll find the same on other side as well.

kandaan is chour ka bacha...try filling from lehtrar road.or TM CNG just before lehtrar road interchange.

In both cases RPM should increase.And in my case they do.
On Petrol : normal 600 ,with AC 800.
On CNG : normal 800 ,with AC 1000.

as for mileage, i'm getting around 160-170km.cyl with 50% within City.total gas filled is around 8.5-9.0 kgs.

like ahmadbila said there can be many reasons for this. But exactly same problem was in Civic of my colleague. He went to Honda guys. the problems turned out to be of power steering oil. He changed the oil and it was ok then.

yup... thats a possibility! but that shud sound like "ghhhmmmmmmm"
i dont remember but if he owns idsi, this cant be the reason, it got no power steering pumps

i have done 1000 km on my city...so should i go for free chekup from honda....and plz tell me wht shd i say them to check......tunning, oil and what elze?

Well at 1000KM they'll simply tighten some bolts under the body. Mostly of suspension parts. Clean the air filter. Fill and stamp the coupen and thats all...

No oil change, no filter change, no diagnostics....No tuning.

I would second rustam. they dont do anything for free. but i would suggest to change engine oil. same i did after 1000 km. the reason i was told that new engine is too much dry. so initially engine oil gets dirty very soon.

well, i just wash it with shampoo or surf with minimum amount of water and then dry it.never ever got oil sprayed on engine frm service stations.
